Rules & Regulations

1) All students must dress appropriately for lessons. Attendance is compulsory. Student must be punctual for lessons. Students who are unable to attend classes with valid reasons must inform the school one week in advance. Student who is absent for three lessons without any valid reason will be considered as withdrawing himself from the school. No refund will be made under such circumstance.

2) Students must behave properly in class and respectful to the teachers. If the student's behavior is disruptive to the class and after repeated warnings and in consultation with the parents, the student is still unrepentant, the school shall reserve the right to cancel the student's lesson and refund the prorated school fee.

3) Upon completion of the lessons, the school shall reserve the right to decide if the student qualifies for the next stage of learning

4) Students should not bring any valuable thing to School. The school shall not be held responsible for valuables lost in class.

5) Each student's membership at the school shall not be transferable nor assignable. Any request for a cancellation of the enrollment of the student for any course or any request for any amendments relating to the same shall be made at least 30days before the commencement date of the originally course applied for. Request made after such date shall not be entertained. An administrative fee of $50 will be chargeable for such cancellation/ amendment. Unless otherwise stated in the above rules, no refund shall be made for any money paid to the school.

6) All school fees must be settled in full before the class commences. A late fee of $10 would be imposed on payments received after the commencement of the second lesson. If payment were still not received after the third lesson, the late fee would then be compound to $20.

 7) The rules & regulations shall continue to bind all students of the school throughout their entire term of membership at the school. The school reserves the right to amend the above rules from time to time.

Refund Policy

Course fees paid to BAILING CHINESE may be refunded if:

Tuition Fee

80% -More than 30 days before the programme commences.

50% - Between 15 - 30 days before the programme commences.

30% - Between 7 - 15 days before the programme commences.

0% - Less than 7 days before the programme commences.

Registration Fee: Non-refundable

Miscellaneous Fee: Non-refundable
